March 31, 2011---Greenbraum Ouilted Forest

On the last day of March we went to downtown Salem to visit a quilt shop. My sister-in-law took me to this shop when we were in Salem about 5 years ago. It is a top notch shop and I enjoyed seeing so many new notions and techniques. The favorite new technique is to us Crayons to make a picture as a part of you quilt. I certainly will keep my eyes open for this technique in the future. Here are a few pictures of the quilts they had hanging from the walls. They had many more quilts to see in the shop.
